Hotel Partner Manager
(m/f/d) Full-time in Kleve, Munich, or remote
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for European hotel procurement and the management of our international partners
- Responsible for the quality and quantity of our hotel offerings in Europe. Point of contact for national and international hotel chains interested in becoming or already partnered with daydreams
- Accountable for the (technical) onboarding process, from preparation to implementation, for new hotel distribution channels
- Leading internal technical support for hotel management. Analyzing and optimizing international daydreams hotel procurement and availability in hotels
- Creating and updating our hotel documents and websites for hotel partners. Maintaining and updating the internal hotel database and booking portal
- Generating and managing regular reports. Conducting training in hotel acquisition, negotiations with hotels, onboarding, and data maintenance in our hotel database
- Responsible for traditional hotel procurement through direct contracts for countries without existing licensed partners
- Conducting independent research on potential hotel partners for the daydreams concept
- Monitoring price calculations to ensure competitive offerings from all daydreams hotels in Europe.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial education or at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of tourism and/or hospitality
- Experience in hotel procurement and hotel distribution is advantageous. High IT affinity in hotel distribution is required
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken at a very high level; knowledge of additional foreign languages is advantageous
- Experience in international hospitality and familiarity with various international distribution channels
- Outstanding communication skills, wit, and eloquence enabling effective interaction with international business partners
- Flexibility regarding business trips to attend important hotel appointments, trade fairs, and events to further develop partnerships
